Shrimad Rajchandra Spiritualtouch (SRS) is planned as a 4-year programme specially designed for 13-16 year old teenagers.

As children step into teenage, their bodies, minds, emotions and environments undergo drastic changes. These changes, when combined with peer pressure, often lead them astray and cause anxiety and stress.

The aim of SRS is to help lead them in the right direction at this crucial stage of their lives.

• 4 year course comprising 4-day, bi-annual camps held at Shrimad Rajchandra Ashram, Dharampur
• Camps are held during children’s summer and winter holidays.
• Children are introduced to the basic teachings of Param Krupalu Dev through His writings and compositions such as Hey Prabhu, Yam Niyam, Kshamapna, Mokshmala and so on.

To ensure a holistic training for youngsters, a range of special workshops are conducted covering topics such as Stress Management, Confidence Building, Effective Communication, Leadership Skills, Increasing Concentration, Dealing with Teenage Issues, Silencing the Mind through Meditation, etc.

The programme has been crafted to play an important role in moulding their impressionable minds so that they grow into responsible and sensitive young adults; initiating them to qualify for the direct guidance of Pujyashri Gurudev.

• Connection with the Divine through prayers, Jinpuja, chaityavandan, arti, divo and Devvandan
• Elevation through sessions on writings and compositions by Param Krupalu Dev
• Practical sessions on self-development
