The
administration of the Ashram is carried out by
the Atmarpits under the divine blessings and
guidance of Pujyashri Gurudev. The 'Atmarpit'
is a group of life-long celibate devotees, formed by
Pujyashri Gurudev. They have dedicated their lives to sadhana
(spiritual pursuit) and seva (selfless service).
In order to progress in the direction of their ultimate
goal of complete renunciation i.e. monkhood, they have
accepted the third 'Samayik Pratima'. Devotees
who aspire to become Atmarpits, need to undergo
a training process, under the care and guidance of Pujyashri Gurudev.
Those who emerge successful in this training are declared
Atmarpits on Pujyashri Gurudev's birthday, i.e. 26th
September of every year.
At present, there are 48
Atmarpits. Pujyashri Gurudev has formed several
departments handled by the Atmarpits where they
are appointed as the head of one department and the
deputy of another. The departments of the Ashram are as follows:
