To
participate in the Samarpit Group Shibir, the
child has to be registered in the Samarpit group.
Applications for new entries in the group are accepted
only in the month of January. These applications have
to be submitted to the respective area leaders. Those
selected will be informed in the month of March.
Registered children have to submit
their forms to their respective area leaders, two months
before each Samarpit Shibir. Details regarding
the charges for the shibir, travelling arrangements,
instructions for the shibir etc. are mentioned
in the form. If cancellations are made one month before
the shibir, money will be refunded after deducting the
travelling charges. For cancellations made after that
there will be no refunds.
