Registration

• Announcements regarding the Mahotsav are made during the Pravachan in Mumbai approximately three months prior to the event.
  
• The distribution of registration forms begins one month prior to the event.
• Registration forms are available and can be submitted at Pravachans in Mumbai, at the main centre in Mumbai (Bombay Market Apts), as well as on the website.
  
•  The form contains details regarding:
   a) the charges
   b) the procedure and last date for the submission of the forms along with the
       money
   c) accommodation facilities
   d) making contributions towards the Mahotsav.
• An identity card is issued to each participant when the payment is made.
  
• The Allotment Chart is put up online and in Dharampur a few days before the event.

Cancellation

Cancellation forms are available at Pravachans in Mumbai, the main centre in Mumbai (Bombay Market Apts), as well as on the website. They will be also be accepted at the same places.
