- Those whose names are selected will be informed two weeks prior to the shibir.
- If
Pujyashri Gurudev has personally permitted anyone to attend
the Satsang Shibir, they should inform Atmarpit Kinjal during
the time indicated above to facilitate smooth administration.
During
Satsang Shibirs and Sadhana
Bhattis devotees can
come to the Ashram to seek Pujyashri Gurudev's blessings
on their birthday. They can receive His blessings
at 12:15 p.m. Those wishing to come
should do so on their birthday only.
- The application procedure for
New Year's Eve Bhakti is the same as that for Satsang
Shibirs.
Cancellation
If, for any reason, someone is unable
to attend the Satsang Shibir, they should inform
Atmarpit Kinjal during the time indicated above.

- There are no charges for children below the age of five.
- On arrival, passes for meals should be collected at the indicated time.
At Dharampur
- Those wishing to meet or write letters etc. to Pujyashri Gurudev, are requested to contact Atmarpit Amit during the Shibirs, at the Yajnasthal, 15 minutes after Pravachans; and during non-Shibir days at the Administrative Block between 12.15 p.m. – 12.30 p.m.
- Those who wish to write to Pujyashri Gurudev are requested to write short letters. Letters longer than two sides will not be read.
- Participants should bring items of their daily need, as well as their own lock and key with them.
- Participants are requested not
to bring any valuables with them, as the total responsibility for their valuables lies with them.
- On arrival, participants are requested to read the instruction sheet kept in their rooms, to avoid any inconvenience during their stay in the Ashram.
