The
Ashram is spread over 223 acres of land, located
just on the outskirts of the town of Dharampur, on a
hillock called 'Mohangadh'. The construction of a magnificent
Jinmandir (a temple dedicated to Tirthankars),
Gurumandir (a temple dedicated to Shrimadji),
dhyan khanda (a meditation hall), sadhana
kutirs (small cottages for spiritual seekers), a
library, a museum as well as accommodation and dining
facilities for a large congregation are in the planning
stages. As an initial step in this direction, the old
palace of the Maharaja of Dharampur, existing
on the ashram site, was reconstructed into a
small Gurumandir and dormitories for devotees.
A small Jinmandir a Sadhak Nivas - a 32 room residential facility for about 125 devotees, providing the necessary amenities and dining facilities for about 200 devotees were also constructed . The pious atmosphere
of the Ashram and its sublime vibrations coupled
with P.P.Gurudev's august presence, invariably bring
about a deep-seated transformation in the seeker's state
of mind and being. |
