- The sacred texts for the Satsang Shibirs of the year 2010
- This year P.P.Gurudev is planning to bless us all with Satsang Shibirs on 2 sacred texts – ‘Ashtavakra Gita’ and ‘Shri Narad Bhaktisutra’.
- The year will begin with Satsang Shibirs in the Ashram based on one of the world’s classic works on Absolute Truth– Ashtavakra Gita. It is a unique text which systematically deals with the mystical innate experiences of a seeker in his flight towards transcendental peace and bliss.
- As in the Bhagavad Gita, here in Ashtavakra Gita also, we find the subtle philosophical truths expounded in the form of a lucid dialogue between Ashtavakra, the twelve year old great Guru and king Janak, the humble disciple.
- It is a comparatively small treatise, compact and well knit, containing 298 shloks, conveying the Truth, the whole Truth, and nothing but the Truth.
- The second sacred text scheduled for our spiritual upliftment this year, is the renowned ‘Shri Narad Bhaktisutra’.
- Naradji's 84 jewel-like aphorisms on devotion, known as the Shri Narad Bhaktisutra, reveal the secrets of true love for God which defines the path of spiritual devotion. This path allows the devotee to achieve oneness with Infinite Consciousness, the eternal awareness that already exists within every soul.
