Instructions for Yatra:

1. Please note that we are no longer traveling by a Special Train. Our Journey to and from Ahmedabad will be by train. Internal traveling will be by bus. Children below 5 years will be provided with a seat in the bus journey.
2. Cancellation of train travel: You may cancel train tickets for your Onward journey or Return journey or both. For one-way journey a refund of Rs. 400/ (Rs. 200/ for those between 5 and 11 years) will be made available, ONLY if this information is made available by 6.00 p.m. of 16th February. The Sharnarpit and Sarvarpit Group Members should inform their leaders. Those from other groups should send in this information to the following email id.: kutchyatra2010@gmail.com. Even after 16th February it is necessary to inform the Management on the above email id.
3. Those who wish to travel on their own need to reach Ahmedabad station by 1.30 p.m. on 27th February, and can leave by 1.30 p.m. on 3rd March, again from Ahmedabad station.
4. A Photo ID Card proof is mandatory for the train journey.
5. Sarvarpit and Sharnarpit Group Members should collect their Yatra ID Cards and Information Booklets after their Group Meetings on 22nd February and 25th February respectively. Other Members should collect the same from the Bombay Market Centre on 24th or 25th February, between 7.45a.m. and 8.45a.m.
6. Wearing the Yatra ID Card is compulsory at all times during the Yatra, but during train journeys one MUST NOT wear the same.
7. Internal travel will be by air-conditioned buses. Personal medication, if required, must be carried by the Members.

General Information:

1. Kindly check the Dress Code for the Yatra as given below :

   27th February	Orange/Yellow
   28th February	White
   1st March	Red
   2nd March	White (Morning) + Blue (Afternoon)
   3rd March	Pink/Purple

2. Allotment of train berths, bus seats and accommodation, shall be decided by the Management.
3. Accommodation provided will be as per Dharamashalas available in Tirth Sthanaks.
4. Temperature during Yatra will range between 15C to 30C. It is advisable to carry warm clothing.
5. Members are advised not to carry any expensive articles during the trip. Each member is responsible for his/her own belongings, and the Management is not responsible for loss/theft of the same.
6. Utmost care of all passengers will be taken. However, the Management is not responsible for injury or death of any passenger in case of any accident/mishap.

1. Payments can be made either in Cash or by Cheque. Cheques should be ‘account payee’, and in the name of “SRASSK”. Please mention your Form No., Name and Group (Sharnarpits / Sarvarpits / Others) on the back of the Cheque.
2. If payment is not received on the dates mentioned, the registration will automatically stand cancelled.
3. Cancellation of an entry may only be done by filling the cancellation form online. Please use the cancellation password sent in the confirmation e-mail, for the same. The cancellation form will be available online from 17th Jan. 2010.
4. In case of cancellation up to 10th Feb. 2010 your money will be refunded after deducting a cancellation fee of 25% of the total charges. In case of cancellations after this date, no money will be refunded. However, it is essential to inform the management of your cancellation.
