  1. What is Mobicast: You can now listen or watch Pujyashri Gurudev's Pravachans straight on your mobile phone - no matter where you are. This service is being offered through iMusti.com. Click here to register.

  2. Webcast and Mobicast: Mobicast is a special system designed especially for viewing the Pravachans right on mobile phones, without the need to download them first. This service is being powered by iMusti. You need to sign up separately for Mobicast - your webcast package cannot be used for Mobicast.

  3. Is this a free service: No. The following plans are currently offered. The validity of the plans is 1 year:
    • Mobile Audio - $20: Listen to the discourses on your mobile.
    • Mobile Audio + Mobile Video - $40: You can listen to or watch the discourses on your mobile.

  4. Can I try this service before buying:
    iPhone users can get a free demo of Mobicast. All you need to do is download the iMusti App from the iTunes store. Once the app is installed - use the following details to log in:
    username: demo
    password: demo
    You can use this account to enjoy audio and video of one Pravachan for as long as you want. For help, please contact support@imusti.com .
    A demo for Blackberry users will also be available soon.

  5. Payment Options: You can pay for your Mobicast package through a Credit Card. No other modes of payment are currently accepted.

  6. Supported phones: The following mobile phones are currently supported (click on the phone name to view the exact list of supported models): Support for other phones is being rapidly developed.

  7. Technical Requirements: Apart from a supported mobile phone, you will need a fast internet plan for your mobile phone - either through your phone company, or through a wi-fi network setup at your home/office. Download charges may apply depending on your internet plan.

  8. Content Available on Mobicast: Currently, you will be able to view Pujyashri Gurudev's Pravachans in Mumbai and Pravachans during Dharampur Satsang Shibirs of 2010. Other content like Bhakti, Special Occasions will not be available on Mobicast.

  9. Refund and cancellation policy: You can cancel the plan at any time. However, there is no refund for cancellation.

  12. Account status: You can access the status of your account by logging in to your Mobicast account and clicking on the "My Account" tab on the top of the page.

  14. Updating the playlist: The discourses will be available within 2 days of the event. The discourses are automatically added to your mobile playlist. You do not have to do anything. However, if you wish, you can view the complete satsang collection on your PC online, by logging into the website.
